Stand up for journalism - how can freelances take part?

Sufj_logo_3MONDAY sees the culmination of an NUJ campaign to stand up for journalism.

As markets shrink, budgets are slashed and editors rely increasingly on contributions from so-called 'citizen journalists', there's never been a more timely opportunity for such a campaign.

Various initiatives in different UK locations are listed on the website (follow the link above.) There's also a chance to sign a petition. I'd love to know what freelances are doing. Any ideas welcomed. Do tell!
